Police say an investigation into Sarah Kathleen Lichty, 28, whose address is now listed as Rochester, New York, began after police received a call on April 17 from someone who claimed she provided the boys, between 15 and 17 years old, with cigarettes, alcohol and marijuana as well as had sex with all three of them. According to the affidavit of probable cause, one of the victims told an interviewer at the Clearfield County Child Advocacy Center in June that another of the victims told him he had sex with Lichty. This happened the same day she had sex with one of the other teens, the victim told police. The second victim told the forensic interviewer at the CCCAC that he had sex with Lichty about a month before the other two boys. He reportedly explained that she told him she had a dream about him so she asked him to spend the night at her house.
